Yes der the sub basement will be for sumps and ro salt tanks buried actually below that. We are designing hvac now. Cause it's so cold down there we are probably goingvto Heat the water with additional heat exchanger boiler and that in itself will heat the room. We have to foam insulate next and deal with humidity issues.

Boiler you say? Just crazy. I'm interested to see what the HVAC guy says about humidity and how to achieve what your looking for as far as a humidity. Have my HVAC guy doing the same for me on a much smaller level. What do you have for the 900g tank now?
