Black Axil Chromis Issue

So I ordered some fish from Live Aquaria, which arrived last Saturday. My black axil chromis has had a small bruise like blemish near the front of his body. Its only on his right side, and its hard to say whether its getting bigger or darker in color. He swims all day and has a voracious appetite. Took forever for him to figure out what was food, but now he is the vacuum. I do notice that his top fin seems to be clamped most of the time (refer to first image). I was hoping that his immune system would take care of this, but just want to know if this potential disease is recognized by anyone. I plan on buying some New Life Spectrum Powder Ick-Shield Bath Food from Amazon, and maybe some Flagyl or other antibiotic. Any suggestion is appreciated.

Since its a Black Axil Chromis I would assume uronema marinum. especially if it's from live aquaria. IF he is the only chromis in the tank it would have a better chance to recover.

Thats what I was afraid of. Although Im not convinced its uronema bc thats supposed to cause discolorization from what Ive read. Any potential treatments for this?

So currently the chromis is in my QT with a mcCosker's wrasse, firefish, chalk bass, and a red mandarin. The wrasse doesnt look great but he is just swimming funny (clamped fins, 45 degree angle body with face up, so possible swim bladder issue). If I take the chromis out for the freshwater bath, do all other fish need this as well?

And how do people deal with water changes with metronidazole. I read it will wipe out the biofilter, so water changes will be required. Any tips on keeping the drug in water at the correct dose?
