Black clown goby not eating!

My black clown goby isn't eating. The tank is a 14g biocube and only has two clown fish and the goby. I have tried pellets flakes frozen and live brine and he just won't eat. He has been in the tank for almost two weeks and is about 2".

I had the same problem with a yellow clown goby. I finally got him to eat garlic flakes after about 2 weeks. Does he peck at the pellets at all or just seem totally disinterested in them?

they have really small mouths and even smaller throats. he will only eat food he can fit in his throat. they love live blackworms. yellows are easier to get eating. black are supposed to be one of the easier colors to feed i think. you can keep trying flake food, frozen hikari bloodworms (the hikari ones are small), frozen brine, small bits of frozen mysis. in small amounts.

Maybe cyclops , Rotifers and bb brine , then move on from there once you've got him interested in food .

I've had two green clown gobies over the years and both required newly hatched brine shrimp to start eating, and then could be weaned over to frozen foods.
