I have seen some interesting crabs at LFSs recently.
Last week O Street and Capitol had "red crabs." They looked essentially like emerald crabs; except for the eyes which stuck up from the body. They were selling them for around $8. I've been unable to find anything about them on the web. Do they behave like emerald crabs? How large do they get? Temperment? Anyone know of literature on them?
This week at O Street I saw an all black crab. Again it looked essentially like an emerald crab. I didn't see a tag identifying or pricing the crab. Again, a web search to learn more about it has turned up nothing so far. Same questions as above.
