Black Dots on SPS

So I woke up this morning and noticed that my montipora digitata frag ive had for about two weeks has little black dots on it. All my levels are perfect, temp is 79.8, lighting is 4 t-5 HO 48inch from coralife. It as grow about 2-3 millimeters since I bought it

Does anyone know what it might be?

Do the dots move? Or are they stationary? Pic would help if at all possible. Cant think of anything...:hmm2:

Retracted polyps?

Retracted/dead polyps would be my first guess.

A picture would help tremendously.

Could be black bugs. They seem to be partial to Monti's. If you kill your flow, you should be able to see if they move. If so, I'd say black bugs.

Thanks everyone for the input. I can only see the dots when the polyps close so im guessing that they're just part of the monti.
