Black flowers on live rock

I have these small black flower petals growing all over my rocks. Taking over fast. Anyone know what they are and how I can eliminate?

Please turn the blue lights off or WAY...way down and retake the pictures..
All that blue light does not allow proper color rendition nor does it allow your camera to focus properly..
