I know what you are talking about as I have a blue tang almost solid black with a yellow tail. Try to post some pix soon.

Ive also seen a blue hippo that was 3/4 black, but note that these can change back to normal because the one i saw is almost back to its normal colors.

The things that this fish is something that you can walk to a store ask for it. They been seen around the coast of South Japan but I haven't heard of a breed yet.
