Black Ich Treatment???

Hello all,
I have a pair of Picasso Clowns and one just got some black spots on his body. Besides the spots, he is absolutely normal (eating, breathing, movement, etc...) It looks like Black Ich.

Any particular treatments you all recommend?

Marinedepotlive mentioned a FW dip for 30 seconds, and then a saltwater dip with Formulin for 5-10 minutes.

What about metronidazole and praziquantel???

I found some threads on Black Spots that pop up on Clowns when they get stung by Corals. The pics show spots exactly like the ones my clown has. I'm going to keep an eye on the spots before I start medicating.
