Black Spots?

Please help me with this little guy!

1. How old is this aquarium? Little less than 6 months.

3. What is SG of this aquarium? How measured? 1.025 measured with a refractometer

4. When was the last fish added to this aquarium? 2 weeks ago

5. Was it quarantined? If so, how? And how long? Was it prophylactically treated? How? Yes, 3 weeks. Non medicated.

6. If you are using a copper based medication, which one? How often do you measure level? When? N/A

7. If you are using hyposalinity, how did you calibrate your refractometer? N/A

8. Please describe in detail, the appearance of the fish? If there is one or more pimples, are they lumpy? What color? A couple Black spots on only the orange strips of the Clownfish. (Two clownfish in the tank, symptoms only on one.)

9. Please describe the behavior of the fish as best you can. Is it acting reclusive? Is it always up towards the top of the aquarium? Is it avoiding light? How active is the fish? He is acting completely normal.

10. Is the fish eating? What? Yes, Mysis, Brine, Squid, Alagae, Etc. (I mix different combinations up randomly every day.)

Do you have ny aggressive corals? My clown gets stung by corals all the time and get black spots like yours. They are harmless and go away assuming they AE the same thing. Can you be a Bette pic? And what kinda corals do you have?

I didn't notice it this morning during feeding so it has to be very recent. I have nems, starburst, mushrooms, 4 misc sps, a bunch of torchs, grape coral, misc zoa colonies, 2 toadstools, hammers, candycane, etc.


Tried getting better pics. Best i can do.

If the clown is going in the torch coral that would cause the black spots.That happened to my clowns after they started going in it.

It happened to me also. It was from my nems.
