I have been using blackworms ever since I read Paul's post on them a few months ago. Never had any issues with them and the fish seem to go crazy for them. I found my CBB getting fatter and fatter then I had ever seen before. Just be sure to use a keeper and keep up on the water changes and they will last several weeks.
