You're right, it's bleached, but it's not the end of the world, I think most of us have seen worse
Your lighting is probably fine, as long as it's not too old. But that may depend on your tank size too.
Feeding, as suggested. They prefer meaty foods. Ours was in pretty bad shape so we started with mysis and about a week later offered scallop and it took it very happily! You can try scallop, clam, shrimp, krill, silversides - something meaty. Some are picky others are not.
Keep an eye on your water parameters, make sure they're in check.
Ours seems to like some water movement, but not direct and not too strong. If it's too much our nem will move to get away from it.
Common name sebae looks right, but do you have a scientific name? It's always fun (for me anyway) to know exactly what they are. Sebae is a common name and it's used for a couple different types of anemone. If you want to provide pics (or if you remember) of the foot and base of the oral disk, there's some people on here that are very good at giving an ID - I'm not one of them though

They'll need to see the color of the foot, and if there are bumps and they're pattern/color under the oral disk. I'm guessing Heteractis crispa (H. crispa) because it looks so much like ours when we got it - but I very well be something else!
There's a good FAQ link at the top of this forum on anemones. Fun read.
Good luck!
