Store bought frozen shrimp... Were these raw or cooked? I don't remember if this is correct or not- but cooked fish/shrimp is not good- if you fed it cooked shrimp it might have gotten sick....

100% raw.

Thanks for the help, I truly believe my clown killed it. I caught it taking food from it and ever since then it had closed and never fully opened. I believe it may have bit the inside it's mouth and hurt it? Although it was bleached it's mouth had looked good for the first few days all the way until the day my fish picked at its mouth.

The fish will actually pick at or eat the dying flesh, they do this on corals with brown jelly too. Not only that but they will eat the poop from corals and anemones.

Thanks for that but of info, I'm not sure what went wrong. In a few months I will try again, I have gained more knowledge about BTAs. So I believe I will be better prepared for next time.
