ok so i bought what was said to be a white sebae nem about 3 months ago, but from all that i have been reading they dont come naturally white. also mines does not have long tentacles they are pretty short even before feeding. it has grown considerable since we bought it so i figured it was doing well. its white with short tentacles with purple just on the very tips. maybe someone can help me out here i'm kinda confused...lol thanks!

What color is the foot? Many times people will sell an Sebae anemone and list it as a Sebae anemone then it is really a condy anemone.

Usually they are sold white. The truth is that they are usually bleached. That said, if an anemone is exposed to very intense light it will need less zoanthellae to produce the same amount of food.
If it is exposed to less light it will allow more zoanthellae to populate in its tissues giving it a more brown appearance.

If it is exposed to more red spectrum light, it will have less pigmentation. Think of the pigmentation as sunscreen. If the animal is exposed to light more in the blue/violet spectrum, it will have deeper pigmentation as part of it's natural SPF.

I could go on and on but hopefully you get the basic idea.

its foot is white also... i dont have very intense lighting either pc...i feed him regularly. so how does bleaching happen? is he doomed or can he be saved? he is a very beautiful nem...

I agree, it sounds like its doing ok. Pretty sure its a sebae too even though the tentacles are short. They should lengthen as it grows. The natural color should come back too. It should still happen under pc lighting.
