Blenny seems Paralyzed - any ideas?`

I saw my Lawn Mower Blenny fall out from the rock that it perched on. I thought it died but when I tried to net it, it tried swim. It is breathing and it can't seem to move. Anybody have an idea of what the issue is or if there is anything that can be done?

omi my heart is breaking. I love blennies he looks like he's done only thing I can see from the vid is his stomach is empty..... other than that I would need to see the tank param's do you have algae?

It's one of my favorite fish in the tank. The fish eats spirulina, Reef Frenzy, Reef chili, and new life spectrum. I feed once a day and alternate the foods. It ate every time I fed. The Blenny picks at the rocks and the glass. I don't see any hair algae but my rocks are green.

No ammonia, no nitrites, no noticeable Nitrates. Using API test kits.
PH is around 7.99-8.1.
Temps stay around 79

I don't think I have any stray voltage. My apex, 2 EB8, and 250W electronic halide ballets are all under my stand in a separate compartment. Only one receptacle outlet close to the tank.

lost my lawn mower blenny. I found it on the bottom of the sandbed behind my rocks with my Peppermine and hermits cleaning up.

Sorry to hear. Were you able to test for stray voltage?

I had no idea that voltage can leak from the equipment. I looked it up on google and found a video on how to test stray voltage. From my multimeter, i measured 1-2v. Do you think the stray voltage was the cause? How can i get rid of stay voltage?

Sorry for your loss.

Stray voltage will not affect just one live critter in your tank, it will affect all of them. 1-2 volts isn't enough to worry about

It's really hard to say what happened, I just find it a strange happening.
