bloated clownfish???

so i just noticed my clownfish look really bloated and is having a hard time swimming in its normal fashion. i think it me be an air bladder problem and i was wondering what i need to do to fix it. the clown is a true perc...avatar...and has been with me for 4 years now and was a full grown wild caught adult when i got her. any help would be greatly appreciated as i dont want to lose this beautiful fish.
