bloated clowns

I am feeding my tank a new kind of food, it's a flake and long story short I am sure that my clowns have ingested quite a bit of air. their stomachs are pretty bloated and they are swimming head down like they are trying to keep from bobbing to the surface. will this pass by itself or will I need to do something to help them?

it will likely pass within few hours, and definetly by the next day.

i occassionally use freeze dried cyclo flakes and it does the same thing. i try to feed them only a small amt of it to avoid the bloated look.

thanks these are my onyx and if anything happened to them I dont know what I would do
