Blotched Anthias with possible flukes?

Hi All,
My borbonius is suffering from something that is rotting away or eating his fins. His condition appears to be getting worse as his right pectoral fin is mostly eaten away now.

I've had him for over two months and it's been a couple of weeks since I noticed his fins are pretty dinged up.

Can anyone ID what may be causing this and how I can treat him? Fortunately the little guy is still eating still but I fear the worse if he's left untreated.

Not sure what might be causing the fin damage, but the white nodules on the caudal, anal and dorsal fins look like Cryptocaryon.

I would say the fish has Cryptocaryon (nodules) and a bacterial infection (fin rot).

I would fight the bacterial infection firs as it may kill your fish faster than the ich.
In this case I would treat with hyposalinity in combination with a highly effective broadband antibiotic.
