Blue Green Cyano Algae?

So my tank has been running for about 6 months and after battling Ich, losing a few fish dosing with copper and removing that, now I am getting this blue green crap. On the sand & rocks. I tried removing it and vacuuming the sand but it came right back. What advice do you have? I was thinking about getting an AquaMaxx BioMaxx reactor

Just treat it the same way you would the red/maroon Cyanobacteria. There should be all kinds of information on the web and here at RC regarding that.
