So my blue hippo has got ich and today it looks real bad like white splotches on the body. I cant get it out of the display to treat in seperate tank. Shes eating real good and swimming along fine. What are the chance of it pulling through naturally without treatment.

If you're blue tang has ich than your other fish also have ich. If you want to get rid of ich in your tank pull ALL of your fish out of your tank and QT them and leave your DT fishless for at least 8 weeks.
