Blue Tanks: I started keeping corals 15 years ago. Still don't get it.

I'm too tempted to troll on this thread and say something likeeee, problem?

Anyways, it's all a matter of preference. I think there's a reason above "just following what people do" for their taste in light color range that is in the 12-14K range rather than the whiter 10K range. I also think the blue gets a bad rap because most cameras don't do the tank justice, like how it picks up the colors. For all the people with blued out pictures, they'll tell you, it looks much better in person.

I like the white stucco wall in the background. It feels so natural. It reminded me of my dive in indonesia. The reefs were full of stucco walls and barebottom glass. A lot of the corals were brown and half dead too. :lmao: I feel like posting all of my unedited white balance photos just to add more blue in this thread.

Man I take that back, everyone's tank stabs at the OP are just halirious! Although since he is not saying much to defend his tank, so it's still not really conversation.

OP: Do you have any pictures of the tanks you have had over these 15 years? With that much experience you have to have had some nice setups.
