blueberry gorgonian lighting needs

I am researching blueberry gorgonians for my display and I have been reading that the lighting needs that it requires is "low to moderate lighting". What does this mean in terms of fixtures and coral placement? I run power compact lighting on a 46 gal bow front aquarium. The depth of the aquarium is 20 inches. Also, I am still a beginner having been in the marine hobby for a few months, are these corals difficult to keep? Thanks.

It's nonphotosynthetic, so it doesn't need any light. You'll have to target feed it often with small foods, such as freshly hatched brine, rotifers, plankton, etc. They're considered one of the more difficult corals to keep, since they are nonphotosynthetic. They require daily feedings.
