Bluethroat with large white spot??

Hello Everyone,
I recently bought a male bluethroat trigger. He is about 3" long and is my 10 gal qt. He hasn't eaten since I have had him, which is five days, and has developed this white spot... I think it might be lympho which I know is just viral and needs good water params.

Those were the two best photos I could get...

Params
Ammonia: <0.2 according to seachem ammonia badge
Nitrite: 0
Didn't test for nitrate ( Didn't think it was a problem)

Help?? If it is something worse than lympho...
As I said, he has not eaten since the store, where he ate hikari mysis, and I have been trying hikari mysis and NLS 1 mm pellets....

Now he is on his side, not breathing heavily, not hiding behind anything, getting really worried....

Difficult to diagnose from the pictures. Can't tell what is on the fish vs. what is on the glass.

First off put some PVC in that tank for the fish to hide in. These guys need a hiding place just big enough for them to fit into in order to feel secure.
