Bonaire SCUBA pics, no one has dail-up anymore anyway right ;)

Yea Bill that happened with a greater soapfish at the town pier. I'd shine a light on something and the soapfish would gobble it up.
Its the sealife dc310 I have the macro lenses 3x, 8x and 16x. that model has since been replaced by the dc500 which seems like a descent upgrade. I has higher megapixel, built in zoom, better strobe, does not need lenses and has "shark mode" for faster shutter speed. but I just bought this last year so I guess I better wait, theres always gunna be a newer and better model out there.

anybody doing any diving around here? I'd like to get into it.

Nice Pic's. If you ever get a chance try going to Saba. Saba deep is the dive shop. great diving and hairy plane ride to get there. If any of you have been you know what I mean. Still a great experience and I make a few days out of it everytime I visit St. martin.

A bunch of us keep talking about it, we just need to get together and do it. Any beach is good :D

Tom, Very nice pics. Thanks for sharing :)

Makes me anxious for our next Dive. Dived quite a few spots, but have not traveled to Bonaire as of yet. It is next on the list, so any recomendations of Dive Shops, etc would be appreciated.

Wow! Has anyone been able to identify the brown eel??? We are looking into it, but think this is a new siting....May be a stout moray....Good Job!

Wow Liz this is exciting if it turned out to be a stout moray and a first siting in Bonaire. very cool! I'll email you the details of the dive I saw it when I check my logbook.

Liz is the owner of the inn I stayed at in Bonaire. If anyone is planning on going to Bonaire the golden reef inn has great room and diving packages and a wonderful staff.
