Hello every one,

For some of us who are not aware, our very own "Bookfish" (Jim) is now at

Aquaticbliss
43224 Christy st.
Fremont
510-623-2880

Open Sat and Sun 11-7

He has SPS, LPS and Softies, so there is something for every one. You can call ahead to make sure he is there and you know he will take good care of you.

I got a nice purple Rhodactis rock, but I haven't found my camera, so I haven't been able to post pictures of it.

Take care and have a great weekend.

Hi Alex,

Yes he was at Alameda for a while, but he is now working at Aquaticbliss and where ever he is, you know he always has the animals' and the reefers' best interest at heart. Not to mention how he always shares his vast Knowledge of the hobby with every one to make our hobby experience less turbulent and more enjoyable.

Are you going to be keeping at least a little tank Alex? or are you really, really, really taking a break?

Can you be tempted into keeping at least a little reef?
You are toooooo good of a reefer to have you without a tank.

maynor. thanks for the kind words. i dont plan on keeping a setup right now. for me to start a tank i want to be into it 100% and right now im so not motivated to keep a tank. eventually when i feel more settled down ill probably setup a nice 4x3x20 or 3x3x20 cube. in the meantime, ill enjoy taking vacatiions not having to worry about my tank crashing..haha
after setting up a 360, i definitely know i wont be setting up a tank that size...too many headaches worrying about all sorts of stuff u normally dont have to consider with a smaller tank. im slowly but surely getting rid of most of my stuff.

Alex, you should pick up Bookfish's cube tank setup then. Store it for when you're ready to start again. Excellent hardwood cabinet and canopy with super high gloss finish.

Yep, it's available. He wants to set up more small prop systems. Contact him if you're serious. He's letting it go for a good price.

I'd get it, but I have no room. Would be a cool setup as is, or cut the tank down and it would make an nice showpiece prop system for inside the house.

Nah I don't need another tank. It's a great tank guys. Custom made from Truvu. If he sold this several months ago, I would get it. It's much better than my 100G tank..

I was at the area, by DSW with the wife. I remembered that they were close by so we stopped by late this afternoon. I didn't see Jim, but the people were very help full and had some nice collections of zoo's. So, I ended up buying some zoo's. :D

For sure - will visit them again on weekends. They're only open to the public on weekends, from one of the guy's at aquaticbliss.

thanks

thanks

Thanks for the kind words Maynor. Unfortunately my hours have been changed to weekdays only so I won't be seeing any of you at the shop. I'll be servicing the on-line sales instead.
And yes, I'm seriously considering selling the 90 gallon cube setup. I'll post pics and descriptions pretty soon.-Jim

Hi Jim,

Yea, stopped by yesterday hoping to see and chat with you and the lady told me you only work weekdays now. Give me a call when you get a chance since we can't visit you at AquaticBliss.

thanks!

I have seen this tank and stand before Michael sold it to Jim and it's real real nice.

The stand is nice and glossy.
