Has a bit of quiet time today so thought I would snap a few pics of my anemones.
I have a haddoni and a long tentacle anemone.
The LTA has a pair of pink skunks that host in it (part time when they are not in the toadstool) and the haddoni is un hosted and loving life.
On to the pics.
LTA
Now on to the haddoni. I have had him a good year and a half and it has never looked better. I've been feeding a bit more than I used to and he is now a good 8-10 inches across.
Dont mind the crab leg in his tentacles...he didnt eat the coral banded shrimp just ended up with one of his claws somehow. I think the hawkfish and the CBS had a bit of a tiff and the claw ended up in the carpet somehow.
Only issue I have is the LTA just doesnt have its foot buried as deeply as I would like it to. It is firmly entrenched under the rock at the sand level but I can still see the base of his foot extended behind him.
Is this a common problem with LTA's? His foot is undamaged and I dont see any reason it shouldnt be buried deep in the sand by now. It has a good 4 inches of sand to work with.
Anyway I hope people enjoy the pics.
