I purchased two 6025s from PA a month ago. One of the pumps is practically dead silent both during start-up and while it's running. The other makes a continuous chatter/racket no matter what I do (cleaning. relocating, etc.). What can I do to get this pump silent like the other? Or does it need to be replaced?
Also, people have said that their pumps have been coming packaged with shrouds. Neither of my pumps did, though the instructions sheets accounts for them. How do I get ahold of this protection screen?
