box fees and shipping?

I have a credit from thanks giving week when both my velvet nudi and flame hawk were dead upon were dead. Is there any way to get shipping or box fees waived or dicounted or something . In order to order those two fish it will cost me 40.10 i fees that i paid the first ime i ordered them. and the $51 I was credited isnt enough to cover an order on anything please let me know if you can help thanx

I am sorry to hear about the losses your experienced. The Velvet Nudibranch is on our restricted list and do not cover that item if it dies and for items that we do cover we give store credits only. I do understand how the shipping charges again would total up to a lot and we are willing to cover you on half the shipping charge. We do not usually do this since it is not our policy but I would be glad to help you this time. Please give us a call and we will work it out. I have also forwarded this message to your email.
