Branching Hammer help

I traded a someone for some branching hammer frags.They were in a vat with no heater. After aclimating them, they had many strings of mucus flowing off them. It's been 24 hrs. Doesn't seem that they are going to get better. Am I wasting my time, or should I give them a little longer before I pitch them? Thanks, Karl

I would give them several more days as long as the flesh isn't coming off the skeleton. Good luck! -- Kevin

Thanks for the advise Kevin,. Last night about 90% of the corals flesh was gone. I decided to pull it all out in order not to polute the tank any further. Looks like I made a Great trade...NOT!!!
