Brand new 6000 stream making noise.

well I finally got my second 6000 stream today and noticed it was black instead of brown which is nice but they don't match. My brand new 6000 stream is making a loud rapid clicking/vibrating noise. I removed the drive unit and checked the brake system every thing seems fine. what should i do? This is a brand new pump, My first 6000 stream (The brown one) never made any kind of noise besides a slight humming niose.

I think the bush bearing, is loose or improperly inserted. That is the collar piece around the hole wear the prop is inserted. Try pushing it in first, if that doesn't work pry it out and turn it 180 degrees and reinsert it. This piece often comes loose in shipping.
