Clown Hoarder
I won't speak for Marina's clowns, but I was warned about some juvie aggression. They had their spat and seem to have calmed down with the whole power-trip in the last 3 months. No agression to my hand as they cower everytime I suck up the detritus.
As for the overall temperament of each fish, I think it depends on the individual. These are my 2nd attempt in the Clarkii complex and they are docile to my other current species (Tomato/GSM/Fire) that think they are in movie Jaws. I started with 6 green chromis for more color this early fall and the 'Mater female has had her fun plucking 4 off. She's only 3.5-4", so your anthias event wouldn't necessarily surpise me. Other than the chromis in the sps tank, my clown pairs are all alone in their tanks.
As for my pair, update pics coming soon after nearly 3 months since I became the proud owner. The black is slowly filling in and some areas are darkening to brown. Can't wait to see the solid black in the upcoming months.
