Anyway, on to my humble submission. The clams here are gorgeous, but I love my little 3" Crocea:

I have a Derasa that I picked up at RAP is growning pretty well. It's grown almost an inch since I picked it up.
 
I like this thread, I gotta give it a bump. I know there are alot more people out there with beauties to post.

Derasa's and Squamosa's tend to be easier, but they get very big-- like 20 inches+. The main care factor/difference between the species is lighting. Maximas and Croceas need MH or banks of T5's to do well.
