bristle worms be gone?

i have some fairly large bristle worms in my tank. up till today i thought i could live with them sence all live rock have some. but the little creep was eatting my coral. i need some info on how rid myself of these guys other than with tweezers. i.e. traps other creatures that will eat them or even chemicals that won't hurt anything else.:smokin:
