I know that there is a lot of debate about bristle worms eating clams. It seems that most people are in agreement that bristleworms will only bother dead or dying organisms.
My problem is that I have a ton of bristleworms in my aquarium and I was hoping not to do a fifty dollar experiment with my clam. Right now I am thinning the herd of bristle worms down because it makes me sleep better at night. (I have taken about 30 large bristleworms out of my 58 gallon) My question is how many of you clam keepers could put a clam in a tank knowing that there is a ton of bristleworms present?
