broken 6025

I bought 2 6025's about a month ago. this morning one of them was making noise and there was very little flow. I took it apart and found that the shaft came out of the magnet and impeller. is this suppose to be one piece? if not where can I get a replacement part?

The shaft is supposed to be firmly attached to the motor block. There were some problems with the shafts breaking so the metal manufacturer and grade of stainless was changed. Roger (rvitko) will be back from Germany Monday but will likely have his hands full getting back in the swing of things but PM him or wartskin with your info and what happened and they will get you fixed up

Send in the pump and we will replace it. It must have been older stock, since we changed to the titanium alloy in July 2007 this problem was solved. Send the complete pump
