Broken Koralia and contacting Hydor question...

Hello. I bought 2 Koralia 4's from Amazon.com in June, and one of them has stopped working. I figure that there is a manufacturer's warranty on these, but when I go to Hydor's page, there is no contact information whatsoever. Has anyone had any experience with this, or know how to contact them? I'm going to send an email to amazon.com about all of this, but I'm not expecting much help there. All replies are appreciated. Thanks!

good luck there out of italy and i had a problem with one of mine a while ago i just eventually gave up and bought a new power head i did find an email for them but never got a response.

Look closer on their web page. There should be contact info. I had the red post that holds the thing on break. I contacted them and received a new one less than a week later, no charge. Excellent customer service

I broke the ball joint on one of them and they sent me a couple replacements free of charge. They respond fairly quickly when I email. No complaints

Good luck. I was in the same boat, got a response and then silence. But they did add me to their mailing address, so I get their crummy newsletter and no CS.

yeah, the link that doughboy posted is a much more in-depth page than the english page that I found... I sent them an email through the support section on that page, so we'll see what happens. Hopefully they will resolve this, since I had only had this powerhead for 3 months before it failed.
