Broken Propeller screw

I woke up at 3am this morning to hear my driver beeping like mad. I removed the rotor/propeller to attempt to clean it and put it back together. When I tried restarting the pump the set screw sheared off leaving the screw shaft inside the drive unit. I doubt I will be able to remove the screw at this point so I suppose I need a replacement drive unit. This is for a Stream 6000. :(

You really just need the shaft and screw, part 6080.64 and 6080.641. You might try removing the screw by heating up a screwdriver blade so you can stick it into the plastic. The screw is barely over a dollar and I don't mind to give you one. The shaft is about $8. You want to just barely tighten the screw down to snug, I have done this before myself.

That's good to hear. I tried to be careful to not overtighten the screw but I guess I did. This was the first time I attempted to service the pump. I will call you later today to order those parts.
