Broken Shaft on Tunze 6025

Hey Roger,

I purchased two nanostream 6025s in May of this year. Tonight the shaft on one of them snapped off at the base. My wife noticed the pump wasn't going so I took it apart and found the following (see pics). What do I need to do to get it replaced? Thanks.

We have since changed the shaft it is now thicker and made in Germany and not China. PM me and I will arrange a replacement.

For those of us looking to purchase additional nanostreams, how do we find out which batches for sale do not have shafts made in China?

Without taking the pump apart and looking for very subtle differences it isn't possible but the change was made over 4 months ago so I doubt that any older pumps remain on shelves.
