brooklynella?

I have had my ORA Picasso just shy of 2 years now. I have not changed anything recently and she was always very healthy. Last night I noticed some slime around her dorsal fin and her eyes seemed to be protruding a bit more than usual. This AM she was dead. Does this sound like brooklynella, and if so how long should I wait before adding another clown? All other fish are fine. Excuse the poor video quality and thanks!

Looks like Brook and pop eye have you added new fish to the tank ?

I added a very small scopas tang to see if it would take care of some algae about a month and a half ago.
