i have a relatively small kenya tree (i think), and i noticed pretty recently that it had a brown bottom at the base of the stem. it continues to do well, and my reef supports assorted LPS, zoas, shrooms and all are doing well. just wondered if it was anything to worry about, any help is greatly appreciated:D

IME this is normal. I've had Kenya Trees do this in the past and it was not an issue.

Mine looks the same and now I have Kenya branches all over the place! Its a pretty hardy coral, nothing to worry about. I am actually considering taking mine out.
