BRS carbon & GFO

I'm getting low on Gfo & carbon.Just about to place an order with BRS and wondering whitch types others were using.

I use the ones from BRS.
I also have two of their carbon reactors and like them quite a bit.

So do you have a preference ? I was thinking rox08 carbon but wondering if its actually better than the other types they have.

Gfo, going with high cap. pellet less dust form.

The rox is definitely worth it!!! I have been using the rox and gfo a little over a month and my nitrates have gone from 25 to 10 and my phosphate is undetectable on my Salifert kit. If you use the BRS instructions for the rox you don't even need to use alot of it, so it will last awhile.

I use rox and HC gfo. Both have much less dust and have worked well over the last year.

Actually I remebered the gfo you and others were using had less dust.The stuff I bought initialy was extremely dusty but I thought the BRS site claimed it had the highest binding capacity, thought I could make it work.To be honest that stuff is damn near impossible to rinse clean.Really doesn't seem to be worth messing with.
