BRS Group buy?

Yes. Group Buy prices are the lowest BRS offers. Preferred Reefer prices are somewhere between "normal" and "group buy" pricing. It's up to everyone to decide individually if the price difference is worth it to them, but if you have stuff to buy anyway, there's really no reason to not save the money. It also helps other URS members bet upgraded to "preferred reefer" status for when no group buys are going on.

They give a volume based discount on some items. If you're preferred member you always get the first tier of the volume based discount, regardless of the volume of items. During a group buy you get the highest tier volume discount, regardless of the volume.

so I'm already a "preferred member" and I was planning on doing a BRS order before this group buy came up.

There's really no reason for me to NOT join this group buy, right?

(In the past, many types of group buys involved shipping everybody's stuff to one delivery address, collecting money from others plus other fun shenanigans that I want no part of ever again in this lifetime!)

Join in G, it's a bit better pricing than the preferred price. May only account for a couple of bucks depending on what you're looking at, but what the heck. $5-10 bucks is still $5-10 bucks, right?

Haven't gotten one yet. There really is no telling when they'll send it. The last group buy I was in didn't start till 12:30.

They're on the west coast. I recall getting my email from them very late in the day a couple of the times that I've been in these.
