The vast majority will stick to the name brand lights that have a proven track record. We will enjoy the customer service, reliability, and peace of mind of knowing we have a quality made product. You can enjoy the extra 250-300 extra dollars (if we are talking hydra 26 or A360W), worry if your getting a light that will light on fire, burn up in a few months, and have no one to call when they do. And we will agree to disagree lol, but I do hope everything works out on the tank for you!
 
Thats threw diffuser, center light standard box others modified, tank also has side lightning w bbox, yes I've had problems , but im a rather technically savvy guy, maybe thats my problem with this, it's to easy to change out a bad driver, led, ect..nothing to it, I can't see the money difference, most parts in fixture same as china box, most..Not all , but here's the thing I can call the black box mAnufacture in China they will build to my specs, diodes I chose, a bit more expensive but..hey it's not 800.00 dollars for 40.00 bucks worth of parts. period..overpriced junk

Who can afford name brand, who are you talking about,, is it the thought that if your on reefcentral your some how, we don't go cheeap..bs, I go to my local petco no-one buying radions there, and there a deeler..Not on the shelf..what does that tell you. The average consumer of that product doesn't buy it..

Exactly why brs made the video , back pocket pay from evotech , I know its misspelled..I know this, why, because thats is how I would have tried to sell more of my overpriced junk leds , buy making a deal and scarring the ne consumer away from there largest competition,,black boxes...yea I said it...

I still have a order in...this sux...thats, my only complaint w brs, they sold out..It looses credibility on everything else, btw there par measurements were inaccurate on previous video's, where does this fall, the little high spot on right side was manipulation..like I said any takers on my simple diffuser on bb against there 800.00 light fixture? Money where your mouth is..so to speak..

I don't have to come up with data to prove to anyone, I'm saying I will provide a a sandblsted diy cover light diffuser that will be better or not same as your 800.00 dollar light, wanna bet? Your 800.00 light over it?

This is to funny watching someone try to convince others that he is right, when the majority of people that have posted on this thread disagree. Anyway what would the bet be? what are we testing? whose doing the testing? and what are the stakes?

Im only trying to say bs on brs video , someone put up there so cherished radion, I promise I will not trash it when I win..it's still a very nice and fancy , kinda reminds me of old hard drives not many year's back, boy where they expensive, now nothing, phones have more storage, as a business owner that deals w situations as this, I find myself saying ,?? after the model is out? and I broke even? when do I address the customer?

The other thing im trying to say if you own a bb build your self a cover out of plexiglass,acrylic and use sugarsand , blast inside of cover, if you can't, send me your covers, prepaid and I will do for free for reefcentral member's and who ever..try for your self and then come to me..wana bet your 800.00 light over a 5 dollar addition..im ready..

All those so called cherished led diodes come from where? Give me a break with your buy home bs, there using your loyalty to push up gross profit margins..large , overpriced junk..I believe most high end light fixtures fall in this category, ati rather overpriced is still a great staple of business tactics...exotect has a lot of new people to feed, have to pay back all that money to designers that , good ones now days keep royalties on there designs..takes a while to pay those back w your not doing them your self..

Crazy how so many people are fooled buy everyday tactics of the (new era) of business ..one of my business I advertise in restrooms, its called ( indoor advertising) I'm in over 500 bathrooms in the greater Houston area..for this business im know as the bathroom add guy, most of the price of such item x is advertising and paying people to do things you cant do yourself..if you ever own a business worth salt then you, know. I'm a design engineer buy trade , and own a few different types of business , I take offense to tactics that falsely subject , the poor consumers, trying to learn a already complex hobby and be technically talk into a


800.00 , light over now 65.00 light, they should have never went there..might be my last order w brs, and.I like brs, I thought of them a a trustworthy neutral. Objective sorce , its not the case...sad..so sad..
