It was deflating with or without feeding more regularly From what I read healthy nems to not deflate that regularly even when pooping. The poop while inflated.
 
How often it was deflating? I have 3 BTAs most of the time they deflating when they poop, sometimes they just deflating..

If you don't have filtration in DT. Take anemone back for store credit and get a coral... cuz anemone produce waist....

There is no filtration in the qt I'm doing water changes every 24hrs and treating ciproflaxacin. After water changet I redose
 
I think you are confusing deflation with contraction (for lack of a an actual term).

The picture shows a normal bta that looks stressed, probably from being medicated.

The tentacles look inflated and withdrawn slightly. Body looks to be retracted. Mouth is extended but again probably from stress.

A healthy nem should nevery just deflate even when they are pooping they still should hold there shape.

He does look stressed. I think he just need more stable environment. I think he will be fine one the environment get stable
