BTA in a biocube?

Probably. 30g is generally the minimum size to house an anemone in, so you should be alright as long as the tank has been established for a while. They need really stable conditions and pristine water so don't put one in there unless the tank has been up and running for at least 6 months. Keep in mind that they can move around a lot and knock your stuff over, so I'd keep the corals to a minimum.

Would the lighting in a biocube be ok for a bubble tip anemone?????

Barely enough light in a stock 29. Be sure to change your lamps at the recommended intervals, feed the anemone often and provide a stable environment and they will live though not thrive.

I don't know, but it might be better with two 10K's in there instead of the 10K and the actinic.

Agreed. It would do fine with the stock lighting, but could definitely do better. A friend of mine has a nice GBTA that seems to do fine in her 29g Biocube (3 years so far) without any lighting upgrades. If you want a REALLY happy anemone, go get a MH Sunpod; a T5 upgrade would be great too. Stock lighting should be fine for now though
