one of my lfs has this bubble caulerpa, is it any good for nutrient
transports and how long should the lights stay on the refuge.

Hey reef krazy,
The bubble caulerpa is probably Caulerpa racemosa. Try running a search on it and you can find a lot of information. It works well for removing nutrients from the tank. I run my refugium lights 24/7. Another good refugium algae that you might want to look into for nutrient removal is a filamentous green algae called Chaetomorpha.
