Your temperature should be about 82 degrees.
It shouldn't be difficult to bring the SG down a bit, simply remove a couple of gallons of tank water and replace it with purified fresh water.
Do this every couple of days until it is at about .025-.026.

The tentacles of the BTA can be long without the bulb.
This happens often in tanks because of certain water currents or the lack of a clownfish.
Fresh shrimp w/shell, cut strips of fish flesh and Mysid are good nutritious foods that should be target fed 2 to 3x's a week.

it isnt really known why some bubble tips bubble and some have long tentacles. ive owned a few where they would bubble from time to time and be stringy for the rest. i wouldnt be worried about the anemone unless it starts to lose color, shrink, fall apart etc. feed it meaty foods like krill and silversides about 1cm x 1cm every 2-3 days. as long as hes opened up and eating i wouldnt worry one bit.

Whole lancefish are also a good food. The Pro-Salt line sells them as "silversides". Some silversides seem to be freshwater fish, so be careful about what you get. Whole krill works, too, IME.

allrighty salinity is going down adding ro/di water with buffer and calcium, came down today look at my tank, lights off, anenome looked good, put on power compacts to to simulate sunrise then matal halide one at a time and then mr bubble anenome started to shirvle up,WHAT THE HELL? YESTERDAY TRIED TO FEED WAS VERY HARD TO FEED WAS NOT GRABING THE FOOD LIKE NORMAL. THE ANENOME PAIN IN THE BUTT.

Since the MH are new, it might need to acclimate to them before it's happy. Also, some of the BTAs apparently don't like bright lighting and won't acclimate. You'll have to wait and see. In the mean time, you could use a grate or somehow dim the MH a bit.
