Hey Everyone...
I've been holding off on details because I don't want to confuse anyone if changes are made. As of right now, the current location will be at the Main/Transit Fire Hall in Williamsville, less than five minutes from A Reef Creation.
I'm working out dates now. I can however guarantee that there <b>will</b> be a swap within the next 4-6 weeks. Those who plan on selling; now would be a good time to make frags and let them heal up for a bit before the show.
Also, I've been in contact with a guest speaker and a few companies regarding a raffle.
I'll be sure to keep you guys updated, I'm working very hard to make this event a great one! Stay tuned...

The event will most likely take place on a Saturday between 2-6 PM.

Jon, I'll donate some gift certificates from the store. Just stop in sometime. I'll try and attend but the swaps are always when I'm working at the store.

need one on a Sunday! lol I would love to come but Saturdays are tough as Jims still in Adirondacks

I've been working on securing a location for our swap but haven't had too much success finding something inexpensive to keep admission prices low. With that being said, RandyO is willing to hold the swap in the garage area at A Reef Creation. The space might be a little tight but we'll make it work!
With that being said, how does everyone feel about holding the event on <b>Saturday, March 27th</b>? That gives us a little over a month to get everything ready and for the sellers to start making frags. Please post if this sounds good!
Lastly, we're going to be raffling off some cool items donated by a few generous sponsors that will soon be mentioned! -Jon
