Bump on clownfish chin

I recently noticed a small bump on the chin of my clownfish. Upon googling images, it looks what people sometimes report as Lymphocytes. Its still fairly small ... I tried taking a photo of it, any ideas? He's currently in QT. No one really suggests any treatments except QT and keeping a close eye. Would a copper treatment help? I'm assuming not as its not parasitic?

I would do a Formalin dip and do a round of Prazi, It's good to do this with all new fish
