CA reactor bubble counter

HI,
I am using a "korallin" 1502 CA reactor, and I just replaced my CO2 regulator with a "Milwaukee" regulator, this regulator comes with its own bubble counter.
So my question is, which bubble counter should I be using? I can seem to get them to sync up.

I have a silimar setup. I ignore the one in the regulator. The best thing you can do is monitor the pH in the reactor in order to have a better consistency.

I would just remove the bubble counter on the Milwaukee and plumb it straight to the Korallin. btw the needle valve on the Milwaukee is not very precise, it will be tricky to get a consistent bubble count. best bet is to pickup a hoke metering valve.
