Impressive tank. Are you still using the zeovit system?
I can't comment for sure on the reefbrites. I'd say since adding the second strip growth has improved...Love looking in on this build. I have a couple of questions.
1.) did you notice any change in growth since adding the reefbrite strips?
2.) would you mind sharing your T5 lighting schedule?
Great tank. The red planet is amazing[emoji106]

For T5s,
Blues from noon to ten
Coral plus 1-9.
Both reefbrites 230-730 I think. Something like that.
Thanks. What intensity on your ATI? Are you ramping up and down?

They ramp for 30 minutes 0-100. Then 100-0 30 minutes.
Keeps the bulb life at maximum
Great tip. Thanks. I'm running an 8 bulb fixture and would cook everything at 100% for that long. This has given me some good ideas [emoji106]

What height is your fixture at? And are you perhaps running way too long of a photo period?
Photo period is 8 hours on the 6 bulb channel and 9 on the 2 bulb channel. I just raised the fixture this morning from 8" to 12". I will run the 2 bulb channel at 100% for 8 hours and the 6 bulb channel I will see how long I can run it at 100%. I'll try 4 hours to start. I checked PAR with both channels on it's 400 about 4" below the surface with the fixture at 12". Sorry not trying to jack your thread, but I'm new to T5 having switched from LED.. this thread inspires me [emoji846]

Wow, that's amazing. It would be difficult to believe you could grow a piece that large in a small tank like that, but that's what I'm working on currently, so I totally believe it.
Really beautiful. Are you going to grow the same thing in the same place, or a new coral (or corals)?
